Shipping & Delivery

Most credit and debit card orders are processed on the same business day. Mail or Fax orders are shipped once payment is received.

The shipping choices for online orders shipped within the United States USPS Priority Flat Rate, FedEx Next Day Air, FedEx 2-Day Air, FedEx Ground, and USP Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS 3 Day Select. All orders will be processed within 48 hours. We make every attempt to ship all orders within 24 business hours

Please note: We do not ship orders on Saturday or Sunday. Any order placed on Saturday, Sunday or a national holiday will be processed on the next business day.

Returns & Replacements

We offer a "no questions asked" 15 days money back guaranteed return policy. We must receive the product within 15 days of receiving it. All returns must conform to the following guidelines to insure accurate processing of credit issuance and/or replacement:

-Shipping to and from the customer paid by the customer.
-Shipping charges will not be refunded.
-Product must be returned in its original packaging, with all printed materials and accessories included.
-Refunds will be issued after product is received and inspected at our facility.
-Damaged products (including any scratches) will be returned to the customer without refund.
-Missing items will be charged to the customer.
-All products returns must be properly authorized by Surf-Rodz.com customer support prior to return.

All returned packages must be marked with an RMA#. To request a return merchandise authorization # please contact us with the request and we will issue you a RMA# upon review of the claim. If you have an account with Surf-Rodz.com you can access your account and generate an RMA internally, for the SZ Team to review and approve.

Return the item(s) postage paid; Insured return receipt is suggested for all returns. Be sure to mark the address with the assigned RMA# and include a copy of your original invoice, order number or packing list to expedite processing and issuance of your credit.

Important: Please make sure to purchase insurance at least for the value of the product when you are returning the product to us. Surf-Rodz.com will not be liable for returned products lost in mail.  

Warrenty Repair


Our limited warranty period is 30 days from your date of purchase for all products except otherwise specified. Please make sure that you have received your RMA number before you send products back to us. Please refer to the "Returns & Replacements" for informationon obtaining and RMA#.

Surf-Rodz LLC, warrants it's product to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase.  After 90 days, a personal or a cashier check for an amount of $30 must accompany the return shipment, as a deposit. Once the product is inspected the deposit will be used for any required repairs/replacement of components. Shipping and handling charges will be charged accordingly prior to return.

Restocking Charge


All returned products that are opened are subject to 25% restocking charge if they are returned for credit within the first 15 days. Shipping charges cannot be refunded on any returns.

Sample Policy


Without exception, our policy is to charge for samples. If a potential contract or volume accounts desire samples, they should be ordered normally through our online ordering system. All sample costs including delivery charges will be refunded on subsequent volume purchases. We believe that the information contained on our web site is comprehensive and detailed with regard to individual products. Consequently, we do not distribute printed marketing materials such as brochures or literature on request.

Taxes


All applicable taxes are responsibility of buyer, unless buyer is within the state of Connecticut, USA where 6% Connecticut state sales tax will be charged. For international purchases a gift disclaimer cannot be used. We don't add taxes, VAT, or other hidden charges. You pay what you see on the checkout page, i.e. goods subtotal + shipping cost. However - In most countries in the world you have to pay taxes on imported goods. Sometimes goods under a certain value, or in certain categories, do not incur taxes. The rules are different in every country. In any one country the rules are often applied differently in different places, and sometimes rather randomly. Surf-Rodz LLC. is based in the USA. We are an American company. Therefore anything you buy from us is going to be imported as far as your country's customs are concerned. Unfortunately there is no way for us to know the rules, regulations, customs, traditions, practices, loopholes, schemes, systems, paperwork, codes, laws, or rulings of any country. As such we cannot, and will not, offer advice about taxes in your country. As the buyer, it is your responsibility to find out that information before you order. If you have to pay import taxes and/or additional duties and sales taxes (e.g. VAT in the EU) then you would have to pay that to the courier upon receipt of the package(s) from the USA. Unfortunately we can't calculate this for you and there is no way to pre-pay it. If you are drop-shipping or sending a gift item to someone else please make sure they are aware of the possibility of having to pay taxes when receiving the goods.
